The Artist has painted still life, flowers, and landscape for as long as they have been an artist. The three genres have always interested her, mainly because she uses nature as a vehicle, or an excuse, to paint, and enjoys painting places and things in which she is familiar or curious. All images are painted rapidly, in an effort to capture the changing nature of organic forms.
