My father was full of actions. Whether it was his can do attitude, his constant enthusiasm, or his ingenuity at solving problems. He always strived to do his very best.
This all was not only true for his work at Edgecomb Potters, but in his personal life as well. He managed to touch many peoples lives not only with his work but with his perceptive persuasive personality which always motivated those near to him.
Like many of us he was human and to be human is to be flawed. However his spirituality & inner strength let him push through events that would crush and destroy most.
This holiday season reflect on what gives you strength. A smile, a hug, your family, the loves of your life; take all those and hold on to them. You will need that strength most when you are without it.
Foster the “can do” attitude and then act. Who knows whom we may speak to through our actions?
